How quickly can I get an appointment?
For routine care, we typically schedule appointments within 1-2 weeks. For urgent needs, we make every effort to accommodate same-day or next-day appointments for our sick or injured patients. Sick and injured pets receive priority scheduling for urgent care needs.
What information should I have ready when I call to schedule?
To help us schedule your appointment efficiently, please have the following information ready: your name and contact information, your pet’s name, species, breed, age, and gender, the reason for the visit, your address (for mobile services), and your preferred dates and times for the appointment.
Do you offer same-day appointments?
We do our best to accommodate same-day appointments for urgent medical needs. Please call our office as early in the day as possible if you require a same-day appointment, and we’ll do our utmost to fit you into our schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances change. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to offer the time slot to another pet in need. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
